Pancakes made with gram flour, with yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon and fruit.

Lunch

Bagel with cucumber, salmon and cream cheese. Banana and apple

Snack

Cheese cake with jelly, biscuit, raspberry, strawberry and blueberries.

Drinks: cereal coffee.

Dinner

Lentil stew with cheese, sweet potatoes, sweetcorn, carrots, cabbage and asparagus.

Drinks: Glass of water.

Dessert

Pineapple.
