Breakfast

Muesli, with cacao powder, chia seeds, flax seeds, blueberries, banana and nuts. Toast with peanut butter & apricot jam.

Lunch

Cheese and tomatoes, apple, orange,cheesecake.

Drink: water

Snack

Cereal coffee

Dinner

Spaghetti bolognaise,with broccoli and kale.

Strawberry flavor jelly, lanton berries and blueberries.
