Muesli with pomegranate, blueberries and nuts. Toast.

Lunch

Chicken with salad, tomatoes, avocado, apple, orange and homemade blueberry, oat and coconut bar.

Dinner

Rice with kimchi, egg, beans, seaweed and bacon. Soup with tomatoes and tofu.

Dessert

Yogurt with banana, blueberries and pomegranate.
