Food diary: Day 1 (23 April 2017)

This is a project for my school homework.

Breakfast

French toast with fresh mango, kiwi, strawberry sauce, blueberry sauce and yogurt with walnuts. The sauce was made out of fresh fruit that was blended.

Drinks: 1 glass of water.

Lunch

Salad of peppers, lettuce, rocket, spinach and garlic. Pitta bread with pesto, cheese, sardines and spring onion baked in the oven. Cream cheese on crackers. Bread with tomatoes. Octopus, Spanish ham and cheddar cheese.

Drinks: glass of water.

Dinner

 

Seafood pasta with steamed spinach.

Homemade strawberry ice cream with mango and blueberries.

Drinks: glass of water.
